Intro to Somatic Integration Sessions
Somatic Integration Bodywork
Somatic Integration is a personalized bodywork practice that weaves together yoga therapy, myofascial release, mobility training, Katonah body reading, and restorative movement. Each session is designed to address chronic pain patterns, postural imbalances, and the nervous system’s need for rest. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Somatic Integration adapts to the body’s daily shifts offering hands-on adjustments, guided movement, and breathwork to release tension and support stability.
This work is both therapeutic and educational, helping clients understand their body’s unique patterns while building sustainable self-care tools. Sessions can leave you feeling more grounded, spacious, and connected to your body’s natural capacity for healing.
