Somatic Integration Bodywork
for chronic pain, endometriosis, perinatal care, postural maintenance
Let’s work together
Please take a few minutes to fill out the form below. This helps me understand your body’s current experience, including areas of pain, patterns of tension, and your goals for our potential work together.
This form is open to anyone seeking support, including those navigating endometriosis, chronic pain, perinatal recovery, injury rehabilitation, or stress-related tension.
You do not need to share any deeply personal or traumatic information. The most helpful details are those related to injuries, medical diagnoses, lifestyle factors, or wellness goals that affect your day-to-day life.
Please note that these sessions are complementary to (not a replacement for) medical care, physical therapy, or mental health treatment. All bodywork and somatic practices are offered within a supportive, educational, and collaborative framework designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity to heal and self-regulate.
Somatic Integration Bodywork
Somatic Integration is a personalized bodywork practice that weaves together yoga therapy, myofascial release, mobility training, Katonah body reading, and restorative movement. Each session is designed to address chronic pain patterns, postural imbalances, and the nervous system’s need for rest. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Somatic Integration adapts to the body’s daily shifts offering hands-on adjustments, guided movement, and breathwork to release tension and support stability.
This work is both therapeutic and educational, helping clients understand their body’s unique patterns while building sustainable self-care tools. Sessions can leave you feeling more grounded, spacious, and connected to your body’s natural capacity for healing
Prenatal Somatic Integration Sessions
Prenatal Somatic Integration Sessions are gentle, personalized practice designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system throughout pregnancy while preparing for birth. Each session blends hands-on bodywork, pelvis stability, myofascial release, breathwork, and guided movement to relieve tension, poses and practices for labor and ease common pregnancy discomforts.
These sessions also focus on building strength, stability, and body awareness to support labor and delivery, teaching you how to connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate tools for comfort, alignment, and resilience during birth. Trauma-informed and fully tailored, Prenatal Somatic Integration offers a nurturing space to restore, connect with your changing body, and prepare for the transformative journey of birth.
Note: Parents are welcome to bring their babies. As a trained doula, I honor the realities of postpartum life and hold space for the presence of little ones, knowing that your healing and participation matter even in the midst of caregiving.
